1 tsp baking powder
50 g whole sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 egg
60 ml BIO PLANÈTE Olive Oil Mild
40 ml BIO PLANÈTE Peanut Oil Toasted
100 ml water
Ingredients for the icing on the cake:
200 g icing sugar
1 egg white
10 ml BIO PLANÈTE Peanut Oil Toasted

Place the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt in a bowl, then add the other liquid ingredients for the dough and mix carefully. Then place the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Then bake at 180°C for about 8 minutes and let them cool down outside the oven.
Glaze
Beat the egg white with a hand blender until stiff, adding the icing sugar and roasted peanut flour.
Divide the mixture into two portions and colour one half with black food colouring.
Then, decorate the cookies with a piping bag. Whether it's cobwebs, eyes or little animals - let your creativity run wild.
The cookies can be stored for several days in an airtight container.
