For 1 cake

Ingredients

125 g unflavored yogurt (1 yoghurt cup)
2 eggs
½ cup of BIO PLANÈTE Sunflower Oil
2 cups of brown sugar
2 cups of wheat flour (T45)
½ sachet of baking powder
1 pinch of fine salt
1 cup of pumpkin flour
100 g of chocolate chips

 

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. First put the yoghurt into a large mixing bowl. Then clean the yoghurt cup and use it as a measuring cup for the other ingredients. Add the ingredients one by one to the mixing bowl and mix well. Grease the cake tin and pour in the batter. Place in the oven for 40 minutes. When baked, remove from the tin and leave to cool.
