Ingredients
80g / 3 oz sesame flour
80g / 3 oz thick rolled oats
40g / 1½ oz sunflower seeds
40g / 1½ oz pumpkin seeds
25g / 1 oz of sesame seeds
25g / 1 oz of coarse-ground linseed
1/2 tsp of salt
2 tbsp of Sesame Oil Virgin
330 ml of water
Preheat oven to 175°C / 350°F. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and soak for 15 minutes. Line a baking sheet with baking parchment, spread the dough over it evenly and bake for 15 minutes at 175°C / 350°F. Cut into rectangles or squares with a pizza cutter or a sharp knife. Bake another 35–45 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool, carefully remove from baking parchment. Store in an airtight tin.
