Collecting and processing data
A log entry is made every time our website is accessed or a file stored on the site is retrieved. The data is saved solely for internal purposes related to the system and statistics. Records are kept of: 
the name of the file retrieved, the date and time of retrieval, the data volume transferred, whether the retrieval was successful, the referrer URL, the host name of the accessing, the operating system used, the browser type and version and the domain making the request.
More detailed personal information is only recorded if you provide it of your own accord, e.g. when making an enquiry by e-mail.

Use and transfer of personal information
If you provide us with personal information, we will only use it in accordance with data privacy regulations to answer your enquiry, execute contracts, provide our services and carry out technical administrative duties. Personal information will only be passed on to others to the extent that this is necessary in order to carry out the contract properly. The amount of data transferred for this purpose is minimal. 
When carrying out a contract, we save our customers' personal information taking into account the retention periods required under tax and commercial law. As long as the customer has not agreed to any further use, the information is deleted once these periods are over.
Among other things, we use the “Google Analytics” service as follows to evaluate the website.


The stored personal information is deleted if you revoke your approval for its storage, if it is no longer required to fulfil the purpose for which it was stored, or if its storage is not permitted for other legal reasons.

Right to information
We will be happy to provide you in writing with information about the personal data stored about you. 

Permission, right of withdrawal and right of objection
If we use data for a purpose which requires your permission according to legal regulations, we will always ask for your explicit permission and make records of that permission in accordance with the regulations on data protection. Once you have given your permission, you can withdraw it at any time with future effect.

Security advice
We make every effort, using all technological and organisational measures available, to store your personal information such that it cannot be accessed by third parties. We cannot guarantee total data security in the case of e-mail communication and thus recommend sending confidential information by post.


Children below the age of 16 should not send us any personal information without the consent of their parents or legal guardians. We do not ask children or young people for any personal information, do not collect any such information and do not pass it onto third parties.

Liability for content
The content of this site has been compiled with the greatest care. However, we do not accept any liability for the accuracy, completeness or currency of the content. As the service provider, we are responsible pursuant to Section 7, Subs. 1 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG) for our own content, in accordance with general legislation. Our site contains links to external third-party websites on whose content we have no influence. For this reason, we do not accept any liability for such third-party content. The provider or operator of the site is always responsible for the content of the sites to which the link leads. The pages linked to are checked for any breaches of the law at the time the link is set. No illegal content was discernible at the time the link was set. However, without any concrete reason to suspect that there has been a breach of the law, we cannot reasonably be expected to constantly check the content of the pages to which we link. When you register for the newsletter, we save your IP address and date of registration for our records. 
You may revoke your permission to this information being stored and used for sending the newsletter at any time. This cancellation can take place via a link in the newsletter itself, or by contacting the controller.

Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website is generally transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.
By IP anonymisation being activated on this website, Google will, however, previously truncate your IP address within member states of the European Union or other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Facebook plugin
Our website uses the social plugin run by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304 (“Facebook”). 
If you access a page on our website which contains a plugin of this type, your browser creates a direct connection with the Facebook servers. Facebook sends the content of the plugin straight to your browser, which integrates it into the page.
By this means, Facebook is informed that you have accessed that page of our website. If you are logged in to Facebook, Facebook can link your visit to your user account. If you interact with the plugins, e.g. by clicking on the “Like” button or leaving a comment, information about this is also sent straight from your browser to Facebook and saved there.
