Banana ice cream with coconut chips
3 tbsp. slightly heaped BIO PLANÈTE Kids Champion
2 tbsp. slightly heaped cocoa, unsweetened
ad libitum 1/2 of vanilla pod
a handful of coconut chips
3 tbsp. cocoa chips
Cut the bananas into 2 cm pieces and freeze in a storage bag in the freezer for about 4-5 hours or overnight.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Remove the bananas from the freezer and let them thaw briefly. Meanwhile, let the coconut chips bake for about 3 minutes in the oven. Take care because they might burn quickly. Put the frozen banana pieces in a powerful blender to get a creamy ice cream.
Put half of the cream into a bowl and set aside. Afterwards, add BIO PLANÈTE Kids Champion in the mixer, process with the banana ice cream and spread over three bowls. Put the ice cream placed sideways, back into the mixer by adding cocoa to get a creamy mixture.
Add this ice cream in the almost finished bowls, too.
Finally, garnish with coconut chips and cocoa chips.
